What is Cedar?
Cedar makes it easy for you to keep track of medications for your summer camp or retreat. Easily gather medication lists from parents, search and filter campers based on when their medications need to be taken, and record when you have given a camper their medication so that it never gets lost or repeated. Best of all, it keeps working even once you lose cell service! High tech even in the woods.
Easy Sign Up
Parents of your campers can simply scan a QR code, fill our their camper's information, add their medications, and submit!
Searchable List
Quickly access the medication list or emergency contact information for any camper from the organized camper list. Search for a name, a cabin assignment, or custom notes.
Easy Filtering
Simply filter the list of campers to see who has to take meds at a given meal. See only the campers who have not already received their medications today, or choose to see them all.
Med Pass Tracking
After giving the camper their medications, easily mark them as passed and auto-remove them from the list of remaining campers. Have confidence that you did not miss any campers and have a log to confirm it.
